Our Staff

Each summer, Lost Pines hires more than 100 staff members to operate and support outdoor skills training such as shooting, climbing, aquatics, living history programs, food service, maintenance, retail operations, and administration. Most of our co-ed staff are 17-24 years of age and come from a wide range of backgrounds.

This program at Lost Pines Scout Reservation has been designed to develop the future staff for LPSR and to provide personal development for Scouts. CITs are generally rotated to work in different program areas during Summer Camp.
